Once you decided to construct the building on the plot which you have purchased, the following steps one need to follow:
1. Get your house plan from vaastu known person (siddhanti) and make blue print with engineer.
2. Apply for house plan approval from Panchayat/Municipality with the documents viz., Plot registration papers, EC for 15 years, blue print paper.
3. After obtaining Plan approval paper, then, you proceed to Bank for loan with the available documents.
4. Once bankers conveyed their consent to give loan, then approach to a Mastry for constructing house according to approved plan.
5. Clearly make the agreement with the Mastry for the cost of construction and items for construction.
6. Then, get a date for 'Bhoomi Pooja' from a Siddhanthi.
7. You may request to call Siddhanthi to the Plot wherein he will mark the place for Bhoomi pooja.
8. Call a good brahmin for Bhoomi pooja and also invite your Mastry for that day.
