Prefer hand bore instead of making a well

Once Bhoomi pooja is over, you have to get water facility for starting the construction work.

Go for hand made bore well and they will insert a pipe (to around 20 feet depth) and connect to a hand-bore within 4-5 hours time and they will charge around Rs.5,000/- only. And later, we can fix a motor and get the water to the water tank.

No need to dig a well for this purpose. No dust, nothing. One big work to start the construction will be over simply if you go this method.
