Start to save money from your monthly/daily earnings for your dream home

Don't pursue for a loan for the entire cost of construction. Atleast you should have 50% money with you in the form of cash, chit money to be received and deposits, if any.

Then you apply for a loan preferably with your employer if it is Govt.
